One hundred conversations. One year. Countless stories. Every conversation is an invitation to reflect, connect, and discover that our stories matter.
100 Conversations. One Question. Countless Stories.
Through author talks, podcast interviews, workshops, community events and everyday conversations, I'm inviting people to explore the question at the heart of my memoir:
"So, Who Are You Anyway?"

Months 1 - 3: Laying the Foundations
The first three months focus on launching the 100 Conversations in 12 Months initiative and building momentum. This phase is about sharing the story behind So, Who Are You Anyway?, establishing my presence as an author and speaker, and connecting with local audiences through book launches, library talks, podcasts, community groups, and social media. The goal is to create awareness, begin meaningful conversations, and build a network of supporters, collaborators, and future speaking opportunities.

Months 4 - 6: Expanding the Reach
During months four to six, the focus shifts from launching to growing. We will begin reaching new audiences through regional libraries, community organisations, women's groups, professional networks, and podcast appearances. This phase is about broadening the conversation, sharing the themes of identity, resilience, mental health, caregiving, and storytelling with diverse audiences, and establishing myself as a trusted voice in these spaces. By the halfway point, we will have built strong momentum and a growing community around the project.
-

Months 7-9: Deepening the Impact
With the initiative well underway, months seven to nine focus on creating deeper engagement and lasting impact. This stage is an opportunity to facilitate more interactive conversations through workshops, panel discussions, journalling sessions, and community events. The emphasis is on helping people reflect on their own stories, encouraging authentic dialogue, and creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and connected. Partnerships with mental health, disability, caregiving, and community organisations can further extend the reach and significance of the project.

Months 10–12: Celebrating and Sustaining the Conversation
The final three months focus on reflection, celebration, and legacy. As we approach the milestone of 100 conversations, I will share the insights, stories, and connections gathered throughout the year. This phase highlights the collective impact of the project while celebrating the individuals and communities who have contributed along the way. Rather than marking an ending, the final months position the initiative as the beginning of an ongoing commitment to storytelling, connection, and conversations that continue to inspire long after the 100th conversation has taken place.
Let’s create something meaningful together.
