My Journalling Circle 

A gentle guided journalling and storytelling experience for women, carers, parents, and individuals seeking reflection, connection, and self-discovery through writing.

You will be supported to slow down, reconnect with your voice, and explore the stories, emotions, and experiences shaping your life — in a safe, compassionate, non-judgemental space.

This is a six week, online guided journal coaching group program for people who want to explore the following themes;

Gently reframe and move forward with clarity and compassion

Week 1 - Creating Safely in Your Story -You are allowed to be here, exactly as you are

Week 2 - The Stories we inherit - Understanding Inherited and Internal Narratives

Week 3 - Naming what is hard - Giving space to grief, fear and overwhelm

Week 4 - Reframing with Compassion - Shifting from self-judgement to self-understanding

Week 5 - Reconnecting with Self - Identity beyond roles (parent, caregiver etc)

Week 6 - Moving Forward - Your Story, Your Way - Integration and gentle forward movement
